Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, customers may be eligible for a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

7-Day Easy Return Policy

Most products sold on AarohBazaar are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is missing parts or accessories.

• You are not satisfied with the product and it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

• The product should not show signs of excessive use, damage, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, AarohBazaar will bear the return shipping cost.

• For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.
